Garlicky Kale Recipe

What you’ll need…
1 1/2 pounds young kale, stems and leaves chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2tsps. of red pepper flakes
½ white onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1/2 cup vegetable stock or water
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. peppercorn

What you’ll do…
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the garlic, onion, sea salt, peppercorn, red pepper and cook until soft.
3. Add the stock or water, kale and toss to combine.
4. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes until liquid has evaporated.
